For first time guests, we require a Guest Orientation session before the scheduled date of arrival. At this time, we will familiarize ourselves with you and your pet to assure that all of your expectations are understood. Please set an appoinment for this session well in advance of your scheduled boarding date. Plan to bring your vaccination records and a list of special request at this time.
